Doctor Who

prologue

The once was a boy named Larry. Larry Benson was his name. He liked to ride his bike around his little town. He loved the town. It had all the little shops he needed for his day to day life, and not only that but he had a job where he got paid a decent amount of money. Not only was the pay good for him, but he loved the girl that worked with him. Her name was Melody Abellan. She was funny and quirky. She loved music, much to the irony. Larry thought that one of the best things about Melody, or Lotty as he called her, was the fact that she sang beautifully. She would sing as they clean the shop. She sang to what ever was on the radio. He loved Lotty. But Lotty tended to disappear. Her grandmother own the shop and she would reassure him that it was nothing. One day he heard this weird noise coming from the back of the shop. He went to look and there was a police box with Lotty coming out of it. That, my dear friends is when the story starts.

Chapter One

Hello, my name is Melody Abellan. I am, well, it's complicated. I never really  liked the fact that I live in a small town. It drove me up the walls. Not only that but the fact that I can never leave this place just because of family. Not to be mean or anything because I love them, I really do! But the thing that I can't leave unless it was for school or something and that really bothered me. That was the rule with my parents. No leaving unless you're visiting family or going somewhere different for school. My mom wouldn't care where I went as long as I had friends with me or was just going to the store. And even then she would call like every five minutes! But my dad, oh he was worse. He would shrug his shoulders and say 'salted' and walk into the TV-room and sit on the couch staring at it for hours. If I didn't know any better I'd say I was adopted. I am completely different than my family. People say that I am just like my father when he was younger and that the fact that I wanted to leave was just a phase.
But I'm getting side tracked here. I was telling you what I am.
I have different abilities than most teenage girls. I have the ability to move things with my mind, I can turn invisible, and the best one, I am immortal. I don't really know how but I am. I found out that I could move things with my mind when I was eight years old. It was during recess and a kid stole my lolly. I got angry and the lolly just flew out of his hands. The lolly just kinda floated for a while and then it came to me. Nobody noticed but me and the bully of course. He was scared out of his wits and never bothered me ever again. Ever since then I decide to practice how to move things. At first i thought that i needed to be angry, so I tried everything to get mad. Nothing. Then one day I find out that my grandma was coming to live with us and I was super exited. All the things in my room, including my pet rabbit Alfred, started moving. I got better and better at it as time went by. It was unbelievable.
The fact that I can turn invisible was completely out of the blue, but really necessary. It was a hot summers day and I was at the park playing my guitar. I hear laughing and freeze. I look sharply up and see my worst nightmare. Lilly Parkins. She is horrible. Once in kindergarten I accidentally put some glue on her hair. Then when I tried to get it of she moved and a bunch of glitter fell on her head. she had really long blond hair and compared to my curly mess it was beautiful. As soon as she turned to talk to me, I must have had some sort of horrible expression, she looked down to see at what I was staring at and she started screaming. She had to get her hair all cut of. She has held that grudge ever since. So when I see her at the park after all my school life being bullied by her and her 'buddies' I couldn't help but remember everything that happened during my school life. I guess that's when it happened because when she turned in my direction she look right through me. I looked at my hand confused as to why she isn't giving me her usual scowl when I saw, or didn't , see my hand.
Ever since then I mastered it and now I can turn invisible at will. Now the next one is pretty hard to explain. I should have died by falling out of a window in a pretty tall building. I wasn't going to be murdered or anything it was a complete accident. I was at the apartment complex where some of my friends from high school lived. I looking around and was standing next to the window looking down when one of my friends, completely by accident, bumps into my a little too hard. Next thing I know I'm falling through the air towards the ground. It was all so fast that I couldn't scream or anything. I smack against the ground and almost ever single bone in my body breaks. I couldn't breath and then I feel my bones putting themselves back together. By the time that my friends get to me I'm already fixed up. I only had a couple of bruises. It's not that i heal super fast, no its that when I was majorly hurt like falling out a window I'm healing like that chick from heroes. But if I get a paper cut, hurts but doesn't heal any quicker than if you got a paper cut.
I think that now that you know a little about me I can continue to tell you later. I guess I'll tell you all about how I met Larry later.
                                            Bye!
                                                      Melody Abellan
